| Upon booking with the London
Midwifery Practice you will be provided with a comprehensive
maternity care. Adequate antenatal care is the most important factor
in detecting and avoiding complications in labour. We will advise you of all screening tests available, and provide blood screening and ultrasound scans at our specialist laboratory and ultra-sound scanning unit. During the antenatal period you will have the opportunity to discuss many aspects of your pregnancy with your own midwife. This will include your choice of mode and place of delivery. Our team of alternative therapist such as homeopath, Osteopath , Cranial Osteopathy, as well as our yoga teacher/masseur are there to provide a holistic care. Other alternative therapists available are reflexologists, and highly qualified and experienced Chinese medicine doctor. We will be happy to refer you as and when you request. |
